·       Eligibility

o   McGill University undergraduate student (Fall 2019 – Winter 2020)

o   At least one semester of membership

·       In case of multiple candidates

o   You are given option of preparing a short speech

·       In case of a single candidate

o   Majority of voters must vote “YES” for the candidate to be accepted as new officer

·       Responsibility (Basic)

o   President

§  Manage Gamers’ Guild FB

§  Attend workshops

§  Representative to the SSMU

§  Run weekly meetings

o   Treasurer

§  Manage Gamers’ Guild finance

§  Attend workshops

§  Run weekly meetings

o   Secretary

§  Manage Gamers’ Guild email, communication, inventory, and documents

§  Attend workshops

§  Run weekly meetings

·       Who can vote?

o   McGill University student (Now)

o   At least one semester of membership

·       No new candidate

o   There will be no change of officers for the next year
